1st Phorm is what I take

I first started 1st Phorm products years ago because of their protein powder (Phormula-1).  It was both NSF Sport Certified and Informed Choice Certified which was comforting.  Very quickly it became my favorite protein powder because the flavors are amazing and the powder dissolves well into water.
